Cancellation & Prepayment Policies
Flexible – 7 days
- The guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the cost of the first night if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival.
- The guest will be charged a prepayment of the cost of the first night + tax after reservation.
Date changes for non-refundable bookings
We allow guests to change dates on their own:
- Once for their booking, 7 days or more before check-in
- For the same or higher price as their original booking
- For the same booking conditions and room type
- No fees charged for bookings canceled within 1 hours of booking
- Children of all ages are allowed.
- Children under 8 years old stay for free.
- Children that are 9 years old and older pay $10 per night per child.
Guest Payment Options
We accept the following credit cards:
- Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express
Credit cards used for reservations must be present at check in time to be verified along with valid ID. Name on reservations must match name on credit cards.
- Virtual Card payment is not accepted
Internet, Parking, Smoking & Pets
- WiFi is available in public areas and is free of charge.
- 1 Free parking space per room reserved. Vehicles only.
- Pets are not allowed. Emotional animals are not allowed. Only Service animals are allowed.
- Smoking, vaping and Marijuana are not allowed inside rooms and balconies. Smoking is only allowed in designed areas.
- $250 fine is charged for smoking and vaping.
Check-in & Check-out Times
- Check-in from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. For late check in, after 6 PM, please call the front desk office to make arrangements.
- Check-out is before 11:00 AM

- Guests must provide their address details when they book

- Guests must provide a phone number when they book
- Minimum Age: 18
- Maximum Age: No age limit
You require a damage deposit from guests:
